Food Additives
Food Additives & Functional Ingredients
Preservatives, emulsifiers, antioxidants, stabilisers and hydrocolloids.
01 Overview
Food additives are supplied against E-number and regulatory status as much as against chemical specification, because the permitted list differs by destination market. We confirm regulatory acceptance in the buyer’s market before quoting — an approved additive in one jurisdiction can be prohibited in the next.
02 Grades traded
- Preservatives (sorbates, benzoates, propionates)
- Emulsifiers (lecithin, mono- and diglycerides)
- Antioxidants (ascorbates, tocopherols)
- Hydrocolloids (xanthan, guar, carrageenan, pectin, CMC)
- Phosphates and stabiliser salts
- Anti-caking and leavening agents
03 Typical specification
Values shown are indicative and vary by producer grade. The binding specification is the producer certificate of analysis issued against your consignment, supplied with every offer.

07 Supply & export note
Regulatory status is verified for the destination market before the offer is issued. Full documentation — specification, COA, food grade certificate, allergen and GMO status, halal certification — accompanies each consignment. Hydrocolloid blends are proposed where synergy allows a lower total inclusion rate.
