Sugar
Refined Cane & Beet Sugar

Refined white sugar ICUMSA 45 and speciality grades in bag and bulk.

01 Overview

Refined sugar is bought on ICUMSA colour value: 45 is the standard white refined grade for beverage and confectionery use, with higher numbers indicating progressively less refining. Polarisation, moisture and grain size complete the specification, and grain size matters more than most buyers expect in dry-blend applications.
