01 Overview
Refined liquid oils and specialty fats supplied to bakery, confectionery, frying, culinary and dairy manufacturers. Specification is driven by fatty acid profile, free fatty acid level, peroxide value and oxidative stability — not by the commodity name alone, because two parcels of the same oil can behave very differently in a fried or baked product.

Each entry below is a grade — a specific version of this product, made to its own recipe for a particular use. If you are not sure which one you need, tell us what you are making and we will advise.

03 Typical specification
These figures are approximate and differ slightly between producers. The binding numbers are the ones on the certificate of analysis for your actual shipment, which we send with every quotation.

Supplied with full specification sheet, batch certificate of analysis, food grade confirmation and halal certification where required — issued at offer stage, not after the order. Temperature-controlled transport is arranged for specialty fats where the route demands it.
