Polymer procurement fails in two places: a melt flow index chosen for the wrong process, and a packing specification that lets moisture or contamination reach the pellet before it reaches the hopper. We take both seriously.
Every resin is offered against a named producer grade with its melt index, density and additive package stated. Where a buyer specifies a grade that is over-tight or commercially scarce, we will say so and propose the processable alternative — with the technical reasoning attached, so the decision stays with your process engineer.
