EVA
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer for footwear, film, adhesive and encapsulant use.
01 Overview
EVA behaves as a tunable copolymer: raising vinyl acetate content increases flexibility, clarity and polarity while reducing crystallinity. Low-VA grades serve film and packaging; mid-range grades dominate footwear foam; high-VA grades are used in hot-melt adhesives and solar encapsulation.
02 Types we supply
Each entry below is a grade — a specific version of this product, made to its own recipe for a particular use. If you are not sure which one you need, tell us what you are making and we will advise.
- Low VA (< 12 %) — film & packaging
- Mid VA (12–20 %) — footwear & foam
- High VA (> 20 %) — adhesives & encapsulant

07 Supply & export note
VA content is the defining commercial parameter and must be specified on enquiry — a footwear grade and an adhesive grade share a name and almost nothing else. Both domestic and imported origins are available depending on the VA band required.
