Expandable polystyrene beads for insulation board, packaging and shape moulding.
01 Overview
EPS is supplied as pre-impregnated beads containing pentane blowing agent, expanded and moulded by the converter. Bead size fraction determines the achievable density and surface finish, and flame-retardant grades are required for most construction insulation applications.

03 Typical specification
These figures are approximate and differ slightly between producers. The binding numbers are the ones on the certificate of analysis for your actual shipment, which we send with every quotation.

EPS has a limited shelf life — pentane loss degrades expansion performance over time — so we ship on a first-produced-first-shipped basis and state the production date on the offer. Storage guidance is issued with every consignment.
