Butane

Commercial and high purity butane for fuel, aerosol and chemical use.

C₄H₁₀ CAS 106-97-8 Hydrocarbons

01 Overview

Butane delivers higher calorific value than propane and is the preferred LPG component in warm-climate markets. High purity grades serve aerosol propellant and lighter gas applications, where odour and residue specifications are considerably tighter than for fuel use.
