Slack Wax
Unrefined slack wax feedstock by oil content band.
01 Overview
Slack wax is the unrefined intermediate produced during base oil dewaxing, containing 5–30 % residual oil. It is purchased either as feedstock for wax refining or used directly in lower-specification applications such as particle board, emulsions and industrial rust prevention.

07 Supply & export note
Oil content band must be specified on enquiry — it is the price-determining parameter and the difference between light and heavy slack wax is substantial in both cost and suitability.
