01 Overview
Paraffin wax is classified by oil content — fully refined below 0.5 %, semi refined between 0.5 % and 1.5 % — and by congealing point. Candle manufacture is the dominant global end use, with substantial demand from packaging, board coating, rubber processing and cosmetics.
