Trust is not a claim. It is a set of behaviours you can check.

Every supplier in this sector describes itself as reliable, transparent and quality-focused. Those words carry no information. What follows are nine specific commitments, stated in a form precise enough that you could hold us to them — or find us short.

01

Product authenticity, evidenced

Every grade is supplied against a named producer with a certificate of analysis, and independent inspection is available on any consignment. We do not blend origins, and we do not offer a grade we cannot document.

02

Transparent, comparable pricing

Offers are issued on a stated Incoterm with the validity period written on the face of the quotation. You can put our number next to another supplier’s and be comparing the same thing.

03

A 24-hour quotation discipline

A complete enquiry — grade, volume, packing, destination — receives a priced written offer within one working day. Incomplete enquiries receive a call, not silence.

04

One accountable trade manager

Your file is owned by a single named commercial manager from first enquiry through discharge. No handover between departments, no repeating your specification to a new contact.

05

Direct producer access

We work with petrochemical complexes, refineries and accredited ingredient producers directly. Fewer intermediaries in the chain means a shorter price and a shorter lead time.

06

Packing engineered for the route

Packing is selected against climate, transit duration and the buyer’s handling equipment — 25 kg bags, jumbo bags, drums, flexitanks, ISO tanks or bulk — not against whatever is on the plant floor.

07

Documentation that clears customs

Document sets are prepared to the requirements of the destination authority and the buyer’s bank, checked before dispatch. Corrections at the port are the most expensive kind.

08

Continuity of supply

For contracted buyers we hold scheduled allocation rather than trading it away to a spot bid. A production line that stops is a cost no discount recovers.

09

Partnerships measured in years

Our commercial model is repeat offtake, not transaction volume. That alignment is why we will tell you when a grade is wrong for your application, even when the sale is available.

What we will not do

The commitments that cost us business.

A list of promises is only meaningful if some of them are expensive. These are the ones that lose us orders.

01

We will not represent re-refined or blended material as virgin.

Base oil is the most common place this happens in regional trade. If a buyer wants re-refined stock we will source it and identify it as such on the offer. We will not let it arrive under a virgin label.

02

We will not quote a grade we cannot document.

If we cannot name the producer and provide the analysis, we will tell you we cannot supply it — even when a competitor is willing to.

03

We will not confirm a lead time we do not believe.

An optimistic date wins the order and loses the customer. Our stated lead times account for production, inspection and loading, not just the best case.

04

We will not sell you the wrong grade because you asked for it.

If your specification is over-tight, commercially scarce, or unsuited to your process, we will say so with the technical reasoning before quoting. The decision stays yours.
